Getting started
- How long does it take to set up?
- An afternoon for most studios. A Get started checklist walks you through it: set your teaching hours, add your students, put each one's weekly lesson on the calendar, and invite each family by email or text. Each step ticks itself off. Many teachers run it alongside their old system for a month.
- Do my students need to pay?
- No. Students and parents use Vittoria Music Studio free, always.
- Do they need a piano at home?
- A piano or keyboard, yes. Nothing else is required. The note-practice features, which a digital piano with a MIDI connection will unlock, are still to come.
- What if my student is an adult?
- Mark them as an adult when you add them. Their app drops the animations and game language and keeps all the tracking — hours instead of points, and Repertoire instead of Collection.
- Is my students' data safe? They are children.
- Guardian-approved accounts, no third-party trackers in the student experience, no student-to-student messaging, nothing public, and separate revocable consent for any video. Read the children's privacy page.
- Can I get my data out?
- Yes. Each family can download their child's whole record as a PDF or a spreadsheet at any time. You can download every invoice as a PDF, your weekly practice report and a year-end spreadsheet of every payment. Your studio's records are yours.
- What if my students do not practice more?
- Then do not pay for it. That is the promise the whole product is built on.

The game stays off until you turn it on for your studio, and adult mode turns off every animation while keeping the tracking.
