Pay for the teachers you have this month.

Not the ones you had last year, and not a number you guessed at signup. A seat is a licence, not a person — you hold as many as you currently employ.

Hire someone

Add a seat the day they start. It is prorated, so you pay for the part of the month you actually used.

Someone leaves

Hand their seat to whoever replaces them. Their students, lesson notes, repertoire history and video stay exactly where they are — those belong to your studio, not to the teacher who left. The new teacher picks up mid-piece.

Or don't replace them

Remove the seat and your next invoice is smaller. You are credited for the rest of the month you already paid for.

Solo is a single-teacher plan. The month you take on a second teacher is the month to move to Studio.

There is no feature gate. A teacher with eight students gets the same product as a studio with two hundred.

Questions about paying for it.

How long does it take to set up?: About an hour for a full studio. Import your students from a spreadsheet, set your weekly schedule once, and send the invites. Most teachers run it alongside their old system for a month.
Do my students need to pay?: No. Students and parents use Vittoria Music Studio free, always.
Do they need a piano at home?: A piano or keyboard, yes. A digital piano with a MIDI connection unlocks the note-practice features, but nothing requires it.
