Teachers
Pay for the teachers you have this month.
Not the ones you had last year, and not a number you guessed at signup. A seat is a licence, not a person — you hold as many as you currently employ.
Hire someone
Add a seat the day they start. It is prorated, so you pay for the part of the month you actually used.
Someone leaves
Hand their seat to whoever replaces them. Their students, lesson notes and repertoire history stay exactly where they are — those belong to your studio, not to the teacher who left. The new teacher picks up mid-piece.
Or don't replace them
Remove the seat and your next invoice is smaller. You are credited for the rest of the month you already paid for.

- How long does it take to set up?
- An afternoon for most studios. A Get started checklist walks you through it: set your teaching hours, add your students, put each one's weekly lesson on the calendar, and invite each family by email or text. Each step ticks itself off. Many teachers run it alongside their old system for a month.
- Do my students need to pay?
- No. Students and parents use Vittoria Music Studio free, always.
- Do they need a piano at home?
- A piano or keyboard, yes. Nothing else is required. The note-practice features, which a digital piano with a MIDI connection will unlock, are still to come.
